Cornbread Casserole is the ultimate comfort food! Buttery casserole made with Jiffy cornbread mix, two kinds of corn, butter, egg and spices.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 15 ounces canned whole kernel corn , drained
- 15 ounces canned creamed corn , not drained
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons butter , melted

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Grease an 8x10 inch baking pan with melted butter.
- To a large mixing bowl add the muffin mix, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
- Whisk well together.
- Add in whole corn, cream style corn, egg, and melted butter.
- Whisk well until completely blended.
- Add to the baking pan and bake for 35-40 minutes.
- The top should be puffy and slightly browned.
