Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup coconut unsweetened, shredded
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries roughly chopped, reduced sugar, brand: Ocean Spray
- 1/3 cup almond butter melted, smooth, brand Barney Butter
- 1 coop whey protein powder Jay Robb's vanilla flavor
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips mini
- 1/4 cup almond milk unsweetened vanilla
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt sea salt
Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Roll into 1 inch balls and refrigerate overnight before serving.
