Creamy Meat Sauce One Pot Pasta
Description
This recipe starts by browning ground beef seasoned with salt and black pepper in avocado oil. Once the meat is thoroughly cooked, dry pasta is added directly to the pot along with marinara sauce and water, creating a simmering mixture that cooks the pasta while infusing it with meaty and tomato flavors. The dish is brought to a boil, then reduced to a covered low simmer, stirring frequently to prevent sticking and ensure even cooking.
After about 14 minutes, the pasta reaches an al dente texture while soaking up the sauce components. Goat cheese is then stirred in off heat until fully melted, enriching the sauce with creaminess and a mild tang. The result is a cohesive pasta dish with tender meat and a balanced creamy tomato sauce without needing multiple cooking vessels.
Serving this immediately provides the best texture. The recipe suggests leftovers can be refrigerated and enjoyed for up to five days, making it a practical meal choice. The use of goat cheese gives a distinctive softness and tang not commonly found in simpler pasta sauces.
