Crock Pot Beef Stew
Report
An easy to make "dump style" crockpot meal. This Crockpot Beef Stew is delicious and as simple as throwing it all in the crockpot and letting it cook.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds lean beef stew meat
- 4 cups reduced sodium beef broth
- 2 cups tomato juice
- 8 cloves garlic minced
- 1 whole onion diced
- 1½ pounds red potatoes cubed
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup celery diced
- 1 cup carrots diced
- 15 ounces canned corn drained
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- ½ cup reduced sodium Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 whole bay leaves
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in the crockpot.
- Cook on LOW for 8 hours
- Remove the bay leaves and adjust seasonings as necessary. Enjoy!
