Ingredients

Servings
  • 12 hawaiian rolls
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 4 ounces ham sliced
  • 4 ounces pork pulled
  • 4 ounces swiss cheese
  • 12 dill pickles sliced
  • 1 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350˚F.
  2. Cut the Hawaiian rolls horizontally and place the bottoms cut side up on a baking sheet with edges.
  3. Combine the mayonnaise and mustard, then spread it over the cut side of the rolls.
  4. Layer on the ham, pulled pork, and Swiss cheese, then add one pickle on each slider. Place the tops back on the rolls.
  5. Melt the butter, then stir in the garlic salt. Brush the butter over the top of the rolls.
  6. Place a sheet of aluminum foil over the top of the rolls (to make easy clean up,) then place a second heavy baking sheet on top of the rolls.
  7. Bake for 10-14 minutes, or until the sliders are heated through. Remove from the oven and take off the top baking sheet and foil, then cut the sandwiches apart and serve warm. Enjoy!
