Curry Tartar Sauce

This recipe makes a little more than ⅓ of a cup of tartar sauce.

Ingredients

Servings
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons dill pickle you need about 2 small dill pickles for that, finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon yellow curry powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garam masala
  • ½ teaspoon pickle juice from jar of dill pickles

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk until smooth.
  2. Store the sauce in an airtight container in the fridge.

Notes

  • *Use mild curry powder if you don't want this sauce to be spicy. Use spicy curry powder for a mildly spicy sauce.
