This cold and creamy Dill Pickle Dip is packed with crunchy pickles and a mix of cream cheese and sour cream. It's an easy crowd-pleasing appetizer that's full of puckery dill pickle flavor!

Ingredients
- 8 ounces full-fat cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- ⅔ cup full-fat sour cream
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh dill
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper, plus a bit more for sprinkling over the top
- 1½ cups chopped dill pickle slices, plus a bit more for sprinkling over the top
- kosher salt, to taste
- ¼ cup finely chopped corn chips or potato chips, for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream until completely smooth, using either an electric mixer or wooden spoon.
- Add dill, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and chopped dill pickles, folding to combine. Taste and add salt as needed.
- Transfer dip to a serving bowl, sprinkle with additional chopped dill pickles, chopped corn chips or potato chips, and more freshly ground black pepper. Serve with corn chips (such as Fritos Scoops), sturdy potato chips, or toasted breads for dipping.
