- 3 Tablespoons lemon juice
- ½ cup plus 2 tablespoons water

- Peel and slice the bananas into ¼ inch rounds.
- Combine the lemon juice and water in a bowl and place sliced bananas in it.
- Remove the bananas and place them on the dehydrate trays.
- Dehydrate the bananas for 7 hours or until dry.
