These white chocolate covered Oreos are a fun and festive Easter treat.

Ingredients
- 2 cups (320g) white chocolate chips
- 20 golden (vanilla) Oreo cookies
- candy sprinkles in Easter colors
Instructions
- Place white chocolate chips in a bowl and microwave for 30-second intervals until fully melted.
- Using a fork, dip the Oreos into the chocolate and then place on a parchment lined tray.
- Coat with sprinkles and plae in the fridge for 30-45 minutes to set.
- Serve and enjoy, or package and give as edible gifts.

Notes
- Melt the chocolate slowly. This will prevent the chocolate from burning or breaking. Melt in 30-second increments, whisking until smooth.
- Make these into Oreo Pops by inserting a popsicle or lollipop stick into the cookie filling before coating in chocolate.
- Make sure to add the sprinkles or other decorations to the cookies before the chocolate is set.
- Fill a small bowl with sprinkles and dip half of the cookie into the sprinkles to decorate.
