													This Cajun shrimp is the quickest dinner idea that's big on flavor, thanks to my homemade Cajun seasoning! It's the perfect way to jazz up a simple shrimp dinner.

                                Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
 - 1 ½ pounds large or jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined
 - 1 tablespoon Cajun Seasoning
 
Instructions
- Season the shrimp. Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel. Add them to a mixing bowl along with the cajun seasoning and toss to evenly coat.
 - Cook the shrimp. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, until the shrimp is opaque and cooked through.
