Ingredients
- 1 pound bulk pork sausage
- 1 ounce package coleslaw mix
- 1 tablespoon ginger , minced
- 2 cloves garlic , minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Cook pork in large skillet on medium heat until browned, about 10 minutes. Drain excess grease.
- Add in cole slaw mix, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, vegetable oil, and vinegar into the skillet.
- Cook until coleslaw softens, about 8-10 minutes.
