Ingredients
- 350 g self-raising flour
- 140 g caster sugar
- 100 g brown sugar soft, light
- 160 g vegan margarine melted
- 270 ml soy milk unsweetened
- 2 Teaspoons vanilla extract
- 200 g blueberries coated in 1/2 tablespoon self-raising flour, fresh
- icing sugar optional, to dust
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 48 hours.
