Fat Free Greek Yogurt Fruit Brulée

A refreshing Fat Free Greek Yogurt Brulée made with grapes and oranges.

Ingredients

  • 2 orange peeled and segmented, large
  • 100 g grapes halved, green, seedless
  • 100 g grape halved, red, seedless
  • 2 g Greek yogurt 0% fat, quantity unspecified
  • 4 tbsp demerara sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the prepared fruit with the yogurt and spoon into 4 ramekins.
  2. Sprinkle a tbsp of Demerara sugar over the top of each ramekin.
  3. Use a cook’s blow torch to melt the sugar on each Brulée or place under a very hot grill until the sugar bubbles.
  4. Place the Brulées in the fridge to cool and the sugar to harden (about 10 minutes).
  5. Serve.
