How to make Firi Firi: Tahitian doughnuts made with coconut milk.

Ingredients
- 350 gms all-purpose flour 0.75 lb. - 2 4/5 cups
- 100 gms sugar plus more to coat, ½ cup
- 1 pinch salt
- 7 gms dry yeast 2.5 tsp
- 80 ml water lukewarn, 1/3 cup
- 200 ml coconut milk 6.75 oz
- vegetable oil I use sunflower oil, for deep frying
Notes
- Make sure the oil is at 170°C – 340°F. If the temperature is lower your Firi Firi will become soggy and if it is higher, they will burn and will not cook inside!
