Ingredients
- 1 (14-ounce) bag coleslaw mix*
- ¼ cup red onion thinly sliced
- ¼ cup cilantro finely chopped
- 1 Jalapeño finely chopped, optional
- 1 lime juice
- ½ teaspoon salt to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a large bowl. Toss until well combined.

Notes
- Crispiest Texture: This slaw is best when served within 30 minutes of making for the best texture.
