Ingredients
- 250 grams heavy cream
- 500 grams bittersweet chocolate chopped, or semisweet chocolate
Instructions
- Add the heavy cream into a saucepan or in the microwave, and heat until the mixture begins to steam, do not bring to a boil.
- Add the chocolate into a bowl and pour the hot cream over it and stir constantly until the ganache is creamy and smooth.
- Allow the ganache to cool for 5 minutes before using it. If it begins to set, you can reheat it using a microwave or double boiler.
