- 1 tablespoon cardamom seeds
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon cloves
- 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
- ¼ nutmeg average sized
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a spice grinder, coffee grinder, or use a mortar and pestle.
- Grind until spices are fine, about 30-40 seconds in a machine.
- Use immediately, or store in an airtight container.
