Garlic Hummus

It's so easy to make garlic hummus at home.

Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 3 cloves garlic crushed
- 2 tablespoons Tahini
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Garnishes
- olive oil
- finely chopped onions
- fresh parsley
- fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a food processor and process into a paste.
- Transfer to a bowl and serve topped with a drizzle of olive oil and finely chopped onions, parsley, or cilantro.
