Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups gluten free 1 to 1 flour
- ½ cup gluten free oat flour
- ½ cup almond flour
- ½ cup brown sugar tightly packed
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- pinch sea salt
- ¼ cup melted butter regular or vegan
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp milk regular or dairy free
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten free flour, oat flour, almond flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, maple syrup, milk, and vanilla.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir until a dough forms. If needed, use your hands to fully incorporate all of the ingredients.
- Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper. Roll it out to ⅛ inch thickness. Use a cookie cutter or pizza slicer to cut the dough into desired shapes.
- Carefully transfer the cut-out crackers onto the parchment lined baking sheet. Leave a little space between each cracker. If desired, use a fork to lightly pierce the crackers.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the graham crackers are golden brown along the edges.
- Remove the baking pan from the oven. Allow the crackers to completely cool on a wire rack. They will firm up as they cool down.
- Once cool, serve and enjoy!
