Ingredients
- 3 3 Tablespoons paprika
- 1 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 1 Tablespoon onion powder
- ½ ½ Tablespoon cayenne pepper
- ½ ½ Tablespoon freshly ground black pepper*
- ½ ½ Tablespoon dried thyme
- ½ ½ Tablespoon dried oregano
- 2 2 Tablespoons kosher salt

Instructions
- In a bowl, add all of the ingredients and whisk or stir until completely incorporated together. Or, shake them together in a jar.
- Store in an airtight container in a dark cupboard for up to six months. Use with shrimp, roasted veggies, in soups, stews, and more!
Notes
- Yield: this recipe makes approximately 1/2 cup of seasoning.
- Black Pepper: substitute half with white pepper for an added funk of flavor!
