Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon flax seeds ground
  • 200 g Dairy-free margarine
  • 150 g caster sugar
  • 100 g brown sugar soft
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 320 g self-raising flour
  • 100 g dairy-free chocolate chips

For the icing:

  • 120 g Dairy-free margarine
  • 300 g icing sugar
  • ½ Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Splash dairy-free milk (to loosen the icing if needed)
  • food colouring I recommend using a paste or gel, red and/or green

To decorate:

  • Sprinkles vegan-friendly, of choice
