Giant vegan chocolate chip cookie cake decorated with icing.

Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon flax seeds ground
- 200 g Dairy-free margarine
- 150 g caster sugar
- 100 g brown sugar soft
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
- 320 g self-raising flour
- 100 g dairy-free chocolate chips
For the icing:
- 120 g Dairy-free margarine
- 300 g icing sugar
- ½ Teaspoon vanilla extract
- Splash dairy-free milk (to loosen the icing if needed)
- food colouring I recommend using a paste or gel, red and/or green
To decorate:
- Sprinkles vegan-friendly, of choice
