Crumble Topping:
- ½ cup salted butter melted
- ¾ cup coconut sugar
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ⅓ cup Chopped Pecans
- 1 cup gluten free flour
Filling:
- 6-7 cups Granny Smith apples peeled and sliced small
- 3 Tablespoons salted butter melted
- ½ cup coconut sugar
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoon cornstarch
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
FOR SERVING:
- vanilla protein ice cream optional

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish and set aside.
- Combine the melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg, baking powder, pecans, and flour in a small bowl. The mixture should be crumbly. Set the mixture aside.
- Combine the apples, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, cornstarch, salt, and vanilla in a medium bowl.
- Pour the apple mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with the crumble mixture, covering all of the apple mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- Remove the crumble from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
- Serve with ice cream or whipped cream. Enjoy!
