- 400-500 gms caster sugar 1 ¾-2 ¼ cups
- 2 egg if using very large eggs, 2 should be enough, 3 whites
- 2 rose water 3 tsp
- ½ tsp almond essence
- ½ tsp rose essence
- Pinch salt
- Food Coloring
