Ingredients
- 1 peeled frozen banana chopped
- 1/2 cup (75g ) frozen blueberries
- 1 cup (75g) spinach
- 1 cup (250ml) coconut water
- 3 tbsp blanched almonds

Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
- Serves 1 very hungry person for breakfast or two less hungry folk.
Notes
- If you have time, soak the blanched almonds overnight or for a few hours. This makes them easier to blend and enhances their creaminess in the smoothie.
- Start by blending the spinach and coconut water first to ensure the spinach is finely blended. Then add the frozen ingredients for a smoother consistency.
- If the smoothie seems too thick, add a bit more coconut water. If it's too thin, toss in a few more frozen blueberries or another handful of spinach.
- For the best taste and texture, enjoy the smoothie right after blending
