These Ham Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sliders are delicious little hot breakfast sandwiches that are the perfect way to feed a breakfast crowd.

Ingredients
- 12 slider rolls
- 12 eggs
- 1 pound ham sliced
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese finely shredded
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 2 teaspoons dried minced onion
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- In a large bowl whisk together the eggs.
- Pour the eggs into a greased skillet and scrambled over medium high heat until fully cooked. Set aside.
- Cut slider rolls in half separating the top half from the bottom half and placing the bottom half of the slider buns in a greased casserole dish or on a baking sheet.
- Place a small amount of scrambled eggs on each of the bottom buns.
- Place a layer of sliced ham over the eggs on each slider bun.
- Top each slider with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Place top buns on the cheese.
- In a small bowl mix together melted butter, dijon mustard, dried minced onions, Worcestershire sauce, and poppy seeds.
- Spread butter mixture over the sliders.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 10 minutes, then remove the foil and continue baking for another 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Serve warm.
