Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour 13oz/360g
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ½ cup granulated sugar 3.5oz/100g
- 1 cup unsalted butter softened
- 2 egg at room temperature, large yolks
- ¼ cup sour cream full fat, (2floz/60ml
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup Nutella or strawberry jam or poppy seed filling, amount 8fl oz/240ml
- 2 egg large, whites
- ½ cup powdered sugar optional, for dusting the cookies, amount 2 ½oz/70g

- The cookies should be stored at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 5 days. In the freezer, the cookies can be stored unbaked in a container layered in an even layer with parchment paper separating the layers.
