  • ½ cup granulated sugar 3.5oz/100g
  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 2 egg at room temperature, large yolks
  • ¼ cup sour cream full fat, (2floz/60ml
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Nutella or strawberry jam or poppy seed filling, amount 8fl oz/240ml
  • 2 egg large, whites
  • ½ cup powdered sugar optional, for dusting the cookies, amount 2 ½oz/70g
