Place the bowl with the mixture in the microwave. Heat for 1 minute on high. Or instead of microwaving, you can use a water bath. Once done, pour the mixture into a whisk glass and place it in a bowl of ice water. Whip the mixture until it transforms into white jelly.
  2. Pour the jelly into individual parfait glasses or stemless wine glasses which you'll serve in. Chill in the refrigerator until firm, normally around 30 minutes.
  3. Slice strawberries and arrange them neatly around the edges of your parfait glasses, adding a touch of beauty to the presentation.
  4. Fill the center of the glasses with creamy Greek yogurt all the way to the top. To further enhance the presentation, decorate with a layer of fresh sliced strawberries, mint leaves, and chopped almonds.
