Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats 40 g
- ½ cup milk 120 mL
- ¼ cup vanilla protein powder
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds 7 g
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch salt
Instructions
- Assemble: Add all ingredients to a jar and stir to combine. Seal shut with a lid.
- Refrigerate: Set in the fridge for at least 2 hours, but preferably overnight, or until oats are soft.
- Serve: Serve chilled straight from the jar!
