This is a fantastic sauce for dipping spring rolls, vegetables and even in stir fries. Keep some in the fridge too for whenever you need it

- 2/3 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup water
- 3 Tablespoons lime juice
- 11/2 Tablespoons soy sauce
Notes
- Add chilli, grated ginger and garlic as you like
