Honey BBQ Riblets

These Honey BBQ Riblets are a delicious family friendly weeknight dinner that is full of flavor. Boneless bites of pork ribs are baked until tender in a sweet and savory sticky sauce. Perfect for serving over rice or mashed potatoes these riblets melt in your mouth!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork ribs cut into bite size pieces, boneless
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine the pork ribs, bbq sauce, brown sugar, honey, worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, black pepper, garlic salt, onion powder and smoked paprika until everything is coated well.
  3. Pour the riblets into a 9x13 baking dish.
  4. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45-60 minutes or until the pork is fork tender and the sauce is glazy and caramelized.
  5. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Use your favorite BBQ sauce.
  • You can add some cayenne, hot sauce, or red pepper flake for a spicy kick.
