Honey Mustard Pork Chops Recipe

This Honey Mustard Pork Chops recipe features thick boneless pork chops seared until golden, then simmered briefly in a sauce made from honey, Dijon and grainy mustards, Italian seasoning, paprika, sea salt, and black pepper. The resulting glaze is sweet, tangy, and slightly spiced, coating the chops attractively. Garnished simply with minced parsley, it delivers a balanced flavor with a caramelized finish.

Description

The Honey Mustard Pork Chops Recipe begins by preparing a sauce combining honey, two types of mustard, Italian seasoning, paprika, and seasoning. The pork chops are seasoned separately and seared in olive oil until each side is golden, sealing in juices and creating a crust.

After searing, the honey mustard sauce is added to the pan, and the chops are mixed into it. Bringing the sauce to a rapid boil thickens it slightly and helps the flavor cling to the pork. The combination produces a sauce that balances sweetness, tang, warmth from the paprika, and herbal notes from the Italian seasoning.

The pork chops are served garnished with minced parsley, adding freshness and color. This straightforward recipe focuses on a flavorful glaze with minimal steps and ingredients.
