Instructions
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Lable a quart-size freezer bag with the date.
- Place the berries into a colander or salad spinner and rinse with cold water. Transfer them to a large kitchen towel, and pat dry.
- Use a pairing knife to remove the leafy green tops. You can leave the berries whole or slice them into quarters or rounds.
- Spread the berries in an even layer on the baking sheet and freeze for 1 hour.
- Place the frozen berries in a freezer-safe zip bag, remove the excess air, and seal.
- Store the packaged berries in the freezer for up to 3 months.
