These Fruit Popsicles are filled with fresh fruit that is frozen in a clear juice or alcohol if desired. These homemade fruit popsicles are a great way to beat the heat.

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh chopped fruit (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, kiwi or melon)
- 3 cups clear juice (white grapefruit, apple, white grape)
Instructions
- Carefully place fresh fruit inside popsicle mold, making sure to place some fruit directly against the sides of the mold.
- Pour clear juice over the fruit to fill the mold and place sticks according to your mold directions.
- Refrigerate atleast 5 hours or overnight.
- Carefully remove the popsicles from the mold and serve.
