Ice Cream Peanut Butter Pie

This Ice Cream Peanut Butter Pie combines vanilla ice cream with unsweetened peanut butter and a variety of Reese's peanut butter candies, all set in a chocolate crumb crust. The pie is sweet and creamy, with a rich peanut butter flavor and crunchy candy pieces dispersed throughout. It's a no-bake dessert that is frozen to firm up and topped with Reese's Bites for added texture. This pie offers a cool, indulgent treat that highlights peanut butter and chocolate in a smooth, icy form.

Description

Ice Cream Peanut Butter Pie uses vanilla ice cream softened just enough to mix in unsweetened peanut butter, which can be either fully blended or swirled for a marbled effect. Chopped Reese's peanut butter cups and Sticks are folded in, adding texture and bursts of candy flavor. Pressed into a chocolate baking crumb crust mixed with melted butter, the mixture is topped with additional Reese's Bites before being frozen until firm. The result is a rich, creamy pie with peanut butter and chocolate throughout, balancing smoothness and crunch.

Its cold, slightly firm texture makes it a refreshing dessert for warmer days or any time you crave a peanut butter-chocolate combination. The pie is straightforward to prepare with no baking required, relying on freezing time to set. The mix of candies within and on top gives a varied bite and richness that enhances the ice cream base.

Nutritional values may vary depending on the types and amounts of candies used. This dessert should be kept frozen until serving and can be portioned easily for sharing.
