Ingredients
- 2 cups long-grain white rice or long-grain brown rice
- 2 1/2 cups low-sodium chicken broth vegetable broth or water
- 1 (1 oz) package onion soup mix
- 1 stick unsalted butter
Add to Shopping List
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to the Instant Pot.
- Close lid and pressure cook at High Pressure for 5 minutes + 10 minutes Natural Release. Turn off the heat. Release the remaining pressure. Open the lid.
- Fluff the rice with a fork and serve.
