Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly without overworking the meat.
- Divide the seasoned ground beef into 8 equal portions and flatten each portion into thin patties.
- Take 4 of the patties and place 2 quarters of cheese in the center of each patty.
- Place the remaining 4 patties on top of the cheese-topped patties, and pinch the edges together to
- seal, ensuring the cheese is completely enclosed within the meat.
- Gently shape the patties into burgers, ensuring the cheese is securely sealed inside.
- Brush the grill grates with avocado oil to prevent sticking, then place the burgers on the grill.
- Grill the burgers for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of
- doneness and the cheese is melted inside.
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for about 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the burgers on the buns, adding your favorite toppings.
Notes
- - Make sure you seal those patties tight around the edges. It's all about keeping that cheese locked in and contained as it melts.
- - I recommend using an 80/20 blend of beef.
