Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the ingredients for the burger sauce. Set aside.
- In a bowl of a food processor, place the chicken cubes, breadcrumbs, Greek yogurt, mustard, onion, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Pulse until just blended and comes together as a ball, but be careful not to over mix.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 375-400°F) and oil the grates.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal patties. Press down in the middle of each patty with your thumb to ensure even cooking of the chicken burgers.
- Cook the chicken burgers on the preheated grill until the internal temperature is 165˚F, about 10 minutes total, flipping halfway through.
- Assemble the chicken burgers with buns, sauce and toppings of choice.

Notes
- Don't overmix the patties. Overmixing your ground chicken mixture can lead to tough, chewy burgers. Mix just until the ingredients are combine and then form into patties for tender, juicy results.
- Mind the grill temperature. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Too hot, and the burgers might burn on the outside before they're cooked on the inside; too cool, and they might dry out before developing a nice crust.
- Indent the patties. Before grilling, make a small indentation in the center of each chicne patty with your thumb. This helps the burgers cook evenly and prevents them from puffing up in the middle.
- Check for doneness. Use a meat thermometer to check your patties and make sure they are done. The internal temperature should reach 165˚F, indicating that the chicken is fully cooked and safe to eat.
- Rest your chicken burgers. After grilling, let the patties rest for a few minutes before serving. This allows the juices to redistribute throughout the patty, resulting in a juicier burger.
