Ingredients

  • cup lemon juice
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic grated
  • 1 tsp oregano

Instructions

  1. Place the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic and oregano in a jar.
  2. Seal the lid, and shake the jar for about a minute until all is well combined.
  3. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.

  • Use Fresh Ingredients: Freshly squeezed lemon juice and high-quality extra virgin olive oil will make a significant difference in the flavor.
