Lamb Burgers Recipe

Lamb Burgers combine ground lamb with crumbled feta cheese, almond flour, fresh mint, chopped kalamata olives, and seasoning to create a flavorful patty. The mixture is formed into burger-sized patties and grilled or pan-fried, delivering a juicy, herbaceous burger with Mediterranean influences. Served on brioche buns with hummus, tzatziki, and fresh vegetable slices, this creates a balanced and satisfying sandwich.

Description

This recipe blends ground lamb with feta cheese and almond flour for moisture and binding, while fresh mint and kalamata olives add aromatic and briny notes. The salt and pepper seasoning is balanced to enhance the natural flavors. Care is taken not to overmix the meat to avoid toughness.

The patties are formed slightly larger than the buns and cooked either on a grill or in a cast iron skillet for just a few minutes per side, targeting a medium level of doneness. Warming the brioche buns briefly adds texture and warmth to the assembled burgers.

For serving, the buns are spread with creamy hummus and tzatziki for contrasting creamy and tangy flavors, topped with tomato, cucumber, and red onion slices for freshness and crunch. The combination yields a flavorful Mediterranean-style burger suitable for casual meals or entertaining.
