Ingredients
pitaya layer
- 1 3.5 ounce frozen pitaya pack
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup frozen cherries
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
orange layer
- 2 navel oranges
- 1 cup frozen coconut meat
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 cup almond coconut or cow's milk (your milk of choice!)
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated orange zest
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon Bee Pollen optional! do you research on this before trying. we love it.
green layer
- 3 cups fresh baby spinach
- 1 cup frozen coconut meat
- 1 cup almond coconut or cow's milk (your milk of choice!
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 2 tablespoons hemp hearts
Instructions
- Blend the ingredients together separetely for each layer and pour into glasses. You can obviously blend everything together too, or make a single layer as one smoothie!
- Just a note: be sure to research or ask your doctor about using bee pollen before consuming it!
