  • 60 ml milk I used almond milk, Low Fodmap, ¼ cup
  • 1 tbsp dairy-free spread or butter
  • 4 tsp caster sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Notes

  • Store it in the fridge for 2 or 3 days and reheat it in the microwave before serving.
