Ingredients
- 4 lbs chicken wings
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 large egg
For the Flour Batter
- 3 cups flour
- 3/4 cups cornstarch
- 4 tsps paprika
- 2 tsps salt
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp sazón
For the Sauce
- 1 whole Mango Sliced
- 4 tbps melted butter
- 2/3 cup honey
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup Sweet chili sauce
- 1-2 scotch bonnet peppers or Hababero peppers the more, the spicier!
Instructions
- Season Chicken wings with spices and egg. Let rest for 10 minutes.
- Mix together flour, cornstarch, and spices.
- Preheat oil to 350 degrees.
- Coat chicken wings in batter, dust off any excess. Let rest for 10 minutes before frying.
- Fry for 10-15 minutes or until chicken is golden brown.
- Blend together mango, melted butter, pepper, honey. Simmer mixture, slowly add in bbq sauce and sweet chili sauce.
- Toss wing sauce in hot fried wings. Enjoy.
