Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped ripe mango, fresh or frozen
- ½ cup plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup mango juice
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅛ teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 cup Ice cubes (only if using fresh mango)

Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. If using fresh fruit, keep adding ice cubes one at a time until the desired consistency is reached. To thin it out, add more mango juice. Add extra fruit or yogurt to thicken.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with fresh mango slices, if desired.
