Maple-Mustard Chicken Thighs
Report
This easy and delicious Maple-Mustard Chicken Thighs recipe is broiled to perfection and made in 15 minutes or less. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 8 bone- skin on chicken thighs
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme
- 2 tablespoons Stone ground mustard
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- olive oil
- salt + pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the broiler
- Place chicken thighs on a sheet pan
- Brush thighs with olive oil on both sides and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder
- In a bowl, mix the mustard, thyme and syrup - Do not add the sauce on the chicken yet
- Place the chicken thighs in the oven in the upper middle part (do not stick the pans too close to the broiler)
- Broil thighs skin side up for 6-7 minutes
- Remove from broiler and with tongs, flip the thighs and brush with 1/2 of the prepared sauce
- Broil for 2-3 minutes
- Flip them over again and brush with the rest of the sauce
- Broil for 2 more minutes
- Remove from oven and check if the chicken is completely cooked
- Enjoy!
Notes
- Remember that broiling creates a lot of smoke in the oven. Open your windows before cooking to avoid your smoke alarm from setting on.
