Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate according to the package instructions and spread it out in an even layer on top of parchment paper.
  2. Use 3 white chocolate wafers to form each snowman, placing onto the melted chocolate.
  3. Quickly place on the eyes and noses, then draw on each mouth with an edible pen.
  4. Position the pretzel sticks as snowman arms.
  5. Let set for about 15 minutes (or longer) in the refrigerator until the chocolate has hardened.
  6. Break or cut the bark into pieces.

Notes

  • Melt the chocolate in the microwave or a double boiler.
  • Layer with milk chocolate first, then top with white candy melts.
  • Draw the faces onto the candy melts before you melt the milk chocolate so you can move quickly before the chocolate hardens.
  • Place the parchment paper on a baking sheet to easily transfer it to the fridge for cooling.
  • Gently score the chocolate with the tip of a sharp knife to control where the breaks occur.
  • Break the chocolate into pieces when it cooled and hardened completely.
  • Don’t worry about trying to make the snowmen whole when breaking into pieces.
