- 10 oz sugar
- Pinch salt
- 4 cups Whipped Cream 2 liquid cups
- 2 banana sliced
- BUTTERSCOTCH SAUCE:
- 2/3 cup (5floz/150ml) cream
- 4 tablespoons butter 2oz/60g
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar 3 oz / 90g
- Pinch salt
