Ingredients
- ½ cup plus 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- ¾ teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Glaze
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon milk

Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the milk and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Turn the dough out onto a clean and lightly floured surface; knead a few times until smooth. Roll the dough out into a strip about 3-inches wide and 12-16 inches long.
- Brush the inside of a microwave safe coffee mug generously with some of the melted butter. Brush the remaining melted butter onto the rolled out dough.
- Sprinkle the dough with granulated sugar and cinnamon. Start at one end and roll the dough up to look like a cinnamon roll.
- Place the roll in the buttered mug. Microwave on high heat for 60 second until the dough is set.
- In a small bowl, combine the powdered sugar and milk to make a glaze. Pour the glaze over the hot cinnamon roll. Cool slightly, then enjoy.
