Milo Biscuits
Description
This recipe creames butter and sugar, incorporates condensed milk for moisture and sweetness, then folds in self-rising flour and Milo powder to create a soft dough. Small portions are rolled into balls, slightly flattened, and decorated with chosen toppings before baking. The result is a biscuit with a tender crumb and mellow cocoa malt flavor from the Milo.
The biscuits bake at moderate oven temperature for a short time until set without drying out. These treats work well for casual snacking or tea time. Optionally adding colorful toppings enhances both appearance and texture with slight crispness on top.
