This Mediterranean condiment is not only incredibly easy to make and delicious, but also a fun way to explore new tastes with your kids.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups pitted kalamata olives (or 1 12 oz. jar, drained)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 6 fresh basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth.
- Spread on toast points, crackers, or on a sandwich and serve.
Notes
- Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 7-10 days. Drizzle a thin layer of olive oil on top to help prevent oxidation.
- Freeze: In an airtight container or ice cube trays (covered) for up to three months.
