- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 lb baby potatoes halved
- 2 cups fresh green beans trimmed
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons butter melted
- 3 cloves garlic minced

- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
STEP NO.1: PREHEAT OVEN
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a large baking sheet.
STEP NO.2: SEASON CHICKEN
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, thyme, rosemary, oregano, salt, pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes. Rub half of this mixture over the chicken breasts.
STEP NO.3: PREPARE POTATOES
- In a separate bowl, toss baby potatoes with olive oil and the remaining garlic herb butter. Spread them onto one side of the baking sheet.
STEP NO.4: BAKE CHICKEN & POTATOES
- Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the center of the baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
STEP NO.5: ADD GREEN BEANS
- Toss green beans with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt. Add them to the baking sheet and continue baking for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) internal temperature and potatoes are tender.
STEP NO.6: SERVE HOT
- Drizzle lemon juice over the chicken and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- Chicken Alternatives: Use bone-in chicken thighs for extra juiciness but increase cook time by 5-10 minutes.
